How to Use / Serving Suggestions ▼
- Stir into yogurt, smoothies, or juices and let sit for 5–10 minutes to form a gel-like texture.
- Make chia pudding: mix 3 tbsp chia seeds with 1 cup of milk, refrigerate overnight, and top with fruit.
- Sprinkle over oatmeal, granola, or salads for added crunch and yum.
- Mix into baked goods like muffins, breads, and energy bars.
- Use as an egg substitute: mix 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp water, let sit 5 minutes.
