1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk
1 13.5 oz can coconut cream (only use the top layer of solid cream)
½ cup agave or maple syrup
2-3 tbsp Suncore Foods® Purple Sweet Potato Powder

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Pour into ice cream maker and churn until desired consistency. Transfer to freezer safe container and freeze until solid. Defrost for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy! [/directions]
