2 large oranges
2 cups pulp-free orange juice, not from concentrate
1 teaspoon agar agar powder
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Suncore Foods® Organic Goji Berries
3 tablespoons Suncore Foods® Organic White Chia Seeds

1, Slice the oranges in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping the peel intact. Place the orange “bowls” in a large baking dish and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the orange juice, agar agar, and maple syrup over medium-high heat until it starts to boil and then turn the heat down to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in the Suncore Foods® Organic Goji Berries and Suncore Foods® Organic White Chia Seeds. Allow the orange juice to cool for about 10 minutes, whisking frequently to disperse the chia seeds and goji berries throughout.
4. Pour the mixture into the orange peels, making sure each one gets even amounts of chia seeds and goji berries, up to the top. Place the oranges in the fridge 3-4 hours to set up. Slice in half, or whatever size/shape you’d like and enjoy!
