2 ¼ cups all purpose flour (fluffed, spooned and leveled into cup)
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 ½ tbsp Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder
1 ½ tbsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
1 cup softened butter unsalted
2 room temperature eggs
½ cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
¾ cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet)
12 crushed chocolate cream cookies (save four for topping dough)
12 crushed crisp chocolate chip cookies (save four for topping dough)

1. Preheat oven to 375F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper

2. In a medium sized bowl whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder, and Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder.
3. In a mixer with a whisk attachment cream butter and sugar and brown sugar for 3 minutes, until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and eggs, one ingredient at a time.
4. Swap to paddle attachment for mixer add in dry ingredients to wet ¼ cup at a time, mix until combined stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
5. Using a spatula, fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chips, and crushed cookies.
6. Chill dough for at least one hour.
7. After chilling Use a medium- large scoop to place dough on the tray. Top with more crushed cookies.
8. Bake for 9-12 minutes on a rack in the middle of the oven.
9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the tray and for 10 minutes on a cooling rack
